Caught Speeding, Tigers Way
« on: 10:47:11, 08/08/09 »

Just received notification of 'Intended Prosecution' from Leicestershire Constabulary.

Got caught 37mph - stating I got caught doing over "30mph on a restricted road (camera)"

at Tigers Way (Towards Railway Station), Leicester

I'm not familiar with Leicester at all (drove down from Scotland to pick my brothers stuff up to move back to Scotland), looking at Google Maps, the road appears to be similar to a dual carriageway (ie. 2 lanes north, 2 lanes south).

Anybody know much about this stretch of road and/or the likely prosecution?

I'm only 20yrs old and have had my license since August last year (got caught at the end of July '09).

Thanks :)

i dont know much about the road but in general i would expect them to send u a fine and if u dont pay it, proceed with prosecution.  how long ago did it happen?
good luck
